I am a writer, speaker, coach, and learning strategist with a passion for uncovering the hidden layers of human experience, whether through education, psychology, or personal exploration. I spent twenty years inside big, fast-moving organisations turning strategy into behaviour and at the intersection of business, behavioral science, and storytelling. 

 

Think: taking a new platform to 130,000 people, securing a mid–six-figure enterprise learning deal, and steadying teams through change when the wheels felt wobbly. My lane was people and culture: shaping rituals, decision-making and story so the poster on the wall matched what happened on a Tuesday afternoon. I partnered with directors and the C-suite through restructures, re-brands and adoption at scale. 

 

Now I coach the humans behind the targets. Founders, senior leaders and high performers sitting in the in-between. High-functioning but holding their breath.

 

We work with the nervous system first, then narrative, then movement: regulate, tell the truth, take the next clean step. It is hands on, practical, humane, and with no drama. You will walk away a different person, and it is the kind of work that shows up in culture and the P&L.

Beyond the corporate world, I am a keen observer of human nature, driven by an insatiable curiosity about identity, relationships, and personal transformation. My writing delves into the complexities of self-discovery, sensuality, sexuality, and the intricate dance between knowledge and freedom.

 

I explore what it means to step beyond societal expectations and reclaim one’s true self.

My own journey  - from imposter syndrome to creative autonomy- this arc is the backbone of my work. I’m a lifelong learner with a Cum Laude degree in Psychology and Anthropology and certifications in coaching, leadership, and trauma-informed practice. 

 

And when I am not writing or coaching, you’ll find me immersed in motherhood, rituals, dancing, creating and exploring the world.​
