My philosophy
My philosophy has grown out of my own life and the people I’ve had the privilege of coaching - with a fair amount of getting lost, overthinking and discovering that being very good at understanding yourself doesn’t always mean you’re listening. Over time, I’ve learnt to become more curious about what hurts, make room for what I want, and notice what brings me alive. Pain is data. Permission is clarity. Power is choice. Pleasure is direction.
PAIN
PAIN IS DATA
We listen to what discomfort, conflict, and repetition are trying to reveal. Pain is not the whole story, but it often shows us where something needs our attention.

PERMISSION
PERMISSION IS CLARITY
We uncover the rules, expectations, and old contracts shaping what you allow yourself to feel, want, ask for, or receive. Then we begin making room for what is actually true.
POWER
POWER IS CHOICE
Power grows when you can see your choices clearly and take responsibility for what follows. We turn insight into boundaries and brave actions.

PLEASURE
PLEASURE IS DIRECTION
We pay attention to what brings aliveness, connection, and possibility. Pleasure becomes more than a reward - it helps point toward the life you genuinely want, the one that feels more like you.
