GROUP COACHING WITH CJ

Some things become clearer with company

I create small, unique experiences around the questions, patterns and parts of being human that we often carry privately.

Welcome to Group
00:00/00:00

welcome

What happens when we enter the room together?

Things that felt deeply personal become recognisably human, and that recognition can soften some of the weight.

Someone else may find words for what you have been carrying quietly for a long time. Suddenly, you are not the only one. What felt isolating becomes something that can be seen, spoken and shared.

A question may land in the room and open something you could not reach by thinking about it alone. Not because somebody gives you the answer, but because something shifts enough for you to see differently.

The themes we explore may change, but my intention remains: to hold an authentic, connected, thoughtful space where you can hear yourself beneath the demands, expectations and noise of everyday life.

In these experiences we take what shifts in the room and gently start bringing it into your life, through a choice, a conversation, a boundary, or even just a small experiment.

Small Brave Actions

The kind that might look ordinary from the outside - but can quietly change the way you’re living from the inside out.

THE TERRITORY WE MOVE THROUGH

Four territories. One continuous practice.

Different rooms begin with different questions, but my work returns to four parts of the human experience.

01 — PAIN IS DATA

"What hurts, repeats or no longer fits tells us where to look."

03 — POWER IS CHOICE

"Decide what the information means and what you will do with it."

Pain tells us where to look. Permission allows what we find to matter. Power asks us to choose. Pleasure helps us find direction.

02 — PERMISSION

"Allow what you feel, need and want to matter."

04 — PLEASURE IS DIRECTION

"Notice the energy, relief and aliveness that can help you find direction."

ROOMS I HAVE CREATED

Different questions need different kinds of space.

Some become workshops. Some unfold through conversation over several weeks. Many only happen once.

ROOM FOR THE UNSAID

A space for giving language to the thoughts, feelings and experiences we often edit before anybody else can hear them—and discovering what changes when we say what is actually there.

THE LANGUAGE OF PLEASURE

Held as both a live workshop and a WhatsApp experience. We explored pleasure beyond sex or indulgence, learning to notice and communicate the quieter signals of desire, relief, curiosity and aliveness.

THE GOOD GIRL / NICE GUY CONTRACT

An exploration of the rules we learn about being agreeable, useful, capable and easy to love—and where those rules may still be making choices on our behalf.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is not another place to collect more information.

You bring something real from your life—a question, pattern, decision or change that needs your attention.

You can arrive curious, uncertain, slightly nervous or not entirely sure why the theme has caught your attention.

I will bring some structure, a few useful ideas and questions that are difficult to answer on autopilot. There will be time to think, talk, listen and occasionally laugh at the very human ways we tie ourselves in knots.

I do not believe in forced vulnerability. You will never be expected to share more than feels right, perform a breakthrough or turn something deeply personal into a lesson for the group.

Sometimes the shift comes from saying something out loud. Sometimes it comes from hearing another person describe what you thought was yours alone. And sometimes it happens quietly, when a question follows you home and changes the way you see something days later.

My role is to hold the shape of the experience, pay attention to what is happening beneath the words and help us stay with what matters. The group will bring perspective, recognition and shared humanity. What you do with what you discover remains yours.

Clarity in the Room

Answering your curiosities.
