Hi.
Yes, hello.
I know you.
I know you because I was you.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
You are reliable and highly capable, yet carrying everything alone has become exhausting. Externally, you are thriving, but internally you struggle to voice your own needs or ask for support. You have mastered the art of perfection at the cost of loosing yourself. Beneath the successful exterior, you have lost touch with what you actually want, living a life that no longer feels like your own.

THE UNSPOKEN CONTRACT
I learnt the rules too
I realised that I wasn't indecisive, I was loyal
Loyal to an old contract that asked you to stay small, agreeable and useful in exchange for belonging. The contract said:
-
Be good.
-
Be useful.
-
Be strong.
-
Be nice.
-
Don’t disappoint anyone and
-
Definitely don’t ask for too much.
But, these rules rarely arrive as rules. We absorb them from our families, relationships, culture and the things we had to do to feel safe, liked or included.
So you adjust. You explain your wants before anyone has questioned them. You say yes before you have checked whether you mean it. You choose what makes sense and quietly lose touch with what feels alive.
You are not stuck because you lack insight. You may already know what you want.
You are stuck because acting on it could mean breaking the contract,
and trusting what you know still feels dangerous.

WE MOVE
From the pain of what no longer fits.
To the power to choose what happens next.
I help you recognise what is true for you, turn it into a choice you can own, and build the emotional resilience to act without needing certainty about the outcome.
This map empowers you to act with intention and fully own the consequences. True emotional strength is the confidence to face each result, trusting your ability to navigate the unknown.
PAIN
We listen to what the discomfort, frustration or stuckness is telling you. Pain reveals where something no longer fits, where a boundary has been crossed, or where you have been leaving yourself out.
PERMISSION
We make room for what you know, need and want without arguing yourself out of it. We explore the inherited rules, expectations and fears that make it difficult to admit what you feel.
POWER
Weigh what you know against your value and make a choice you can own. Power is the capacity to choose your response and take responsibility for it.
PLEASURE
We look for the energy, desire and aliveness that can help reveal a direction. Pleasure helps you recognise where there may be more of you to move towards.
Pain tells us where to look. Permission lets us see what is there. Power asks us to choose. Pleasure helps us find our direction.
START WHERE YOU ARE
What kind of support feels right for you?
I’D RATHER DO THIS WITH OTHERS
Navigating transition alone can feel heavy. You want the perspective, shared intelligence and accountability of a small group of peers also claiming their agency.
I NEED FOCUSED SUPPORT
You are at a threshold and need a dedicated space to map your territory, dismantle the old contract and build the power to act.
WHO IS CJ
I did not learn this work from a safe distance.

I have spent years turning the questions I now bring to others towards my own life.
I question the rules I inherited, confront the ways I trade honesty for belonging, and have learnt to tell the difference between what I want and what I had been taught to want.
I follow desire into places that challenge my identity, sit with the fear and uncertainty that comes with choosing differently, and have lived through what those choices change.
This work has asked me to meet my own pain, reclaim my power, allow pleasure to matter and practise staying with myself when the outcome was not guaranteed. I teach from what I have lived, examined and embodied.
I also know that lived experience alone does not qualify someone to hold another person’s process. Certification alone does not create depth. I bring both. I am an ICF-accredited coach and Master NLP Practitioner, with a professional background spanning human behaviour, leadership development, facilitation, learning design and organisational change. I am also a mother, divorcee, endured post-natal depression and anxiety that left me paralysed for hours at a time. Moved continent, found new love at 40 and shifted out of corporate into running my own business.
My qualifications give me the discipline and ethical grounding to hold this work responsibly, and my life is where I learnt what it asks of us.
